FAQs

Question 1 -- I am a coffee lover. How do I buy your coffee?

Please select the menu “Shop,” then “All Coffees.”  Then choose the coffees you want, add them to your cart.  When you are finished, select the cart image in the upper right hand corner of the screen.  Follow the directions on the screen through the payment process.  It’s as easy as that!

Question 2 -- I am a corporate buyer. How do I contract to buy your coffee?

Question 3 -- When will I receive my coffee?

All coffee is shipped directly to you by our roasters.  Generally your coffee will be roasted and shipped within 24 hours, although we allow our roasters up to 48 hours to ship.  After that it will take normal shipping times depending on the distance from the roaster to your shipping address.

Question 4 -- I can't seem to find any gift cards or merchandise?

We are working on designing and building those options.  Please be patient –they are coming soon!
